Manchester is a mini London, the energy in the city is great you feel safe, transport links are easy to access and everything you could possibly think of is at your fingertips. The people are friendly and helpful and overall was an amazing place to be.
Key investment opportunities:
Oxygen: To be completed in 2021, this site is minutes away from Piccadilly station. It’s a fantastic location and is going to be a dynamic place to live once it’s completed, an absolute gem but is 95% sold out.

This charming market town in Staffordshire offers fantastic property investment opportunities.
Key investment opportunities:
The Met: This student accommodation is set to be completed in September 2020. It offers a hands free, fully furnished guaranteed rental. Located in the city and a 6-minute drive from the university, which makes students feel like they are not stuck on campus. After visiting other student accommodations in the area it confirmed that The Met is a superior offering . Investors will need to move quickly as there are only 25 units remaining of the 211 that were initially for sale.

This was a 2-hour train journey from Manchester city which will shorten to 1 hour when the HS2 rail is complete which makes is a great commute to the two cities.
Key investment opportunities:
Parkgate residential accommodation: Sheldon is the area that this regenerated office block is converted into one- and two-bedroom apartments. A 20-minute drive into Birmingham city centre which will be a lot faster when the tram rail is completed for upcoming Commonwealth Games. Good to know is that this project has been sold to many locals in the area, always a good sign! Across the road is a beautiful green park and close to shopping and 5-minute drive to the airport.

London is booming. It was fantastic to see an new standard of developments on the increase. The trend seems to be for lifestyle buildings offering almost everything under one roof.

  • Shoreditch exchange
All these developments are close to tube stations and buzzing central London. Bond House and Abberfeldy have been sold to many first home buyers with the help to buy scheme and better price point for South African market at £550 000.
Bond house is complete and has 23 units available and Abberdeldy is in its next development phase
Shoreditch Exchange is exquisite; has everything you can possibly imagine, a premium property.

Liverpool is another city that will take your breath away and property is more affordable than other regions.
Key investment opportunities:
Hatton Garden: Great location 5 minutes from the station, library and museum and another 5-minute walk into the city centre. Liverpool has so much to offer and has a fantastic atmosphere when walking around.
